Senior Project Coordinator – Systems & Testing Integration
Our client is looking for a senior project coordinator to focus on overseeing testing processes, improving workflows, and managing essential activities from start to finish.
Main responsibilities :
- Support senior management in driving project activities, with a focus on managing System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Coordinate SIT and UAT phases, ensuring smooth implementation of changes and acting as the main contact for testing efforts.
- Streamline system processes, enhancing integration and improving testing efficiency.
- Develop and oversee SIT test strategies, ensuring all requirements are met.
- Lead SIT execution across teams and Centers of Competence (CoC).
- Handle escalations related to SIT and UAT, ensuring effective communication and resolution.
Requirements:
- Strong grasp of iterative project methodologies and their practical application in fast-paced settings.
- Expertise in modern digital tools and industry trends.
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects from planning stages through to successful implementation.
- A high degree of adaptability and drive, suited to dynamic, evolving environments.
- Excellent teamwork, listening, and communication abilities, ensuring smooth collaboration with various teams, management, and technical departments
