Warehouse and Operation Assistance
Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Assistant to join our logistics team. This role is essential for maintaining the efficiency and accuracy of our logistics operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various scanning operations, monitoring team activities, and assisting with logistical processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Scanning Operations:
- Scan Returns/SMS: Process returned items and manage related documentation through the SMS system.
- Scan Arrived Hub (Inbound): Accurately scan incoming shipments to ensure effective inventory management.
- Scan OFD (Out for Delivery): Update the system with outbound deliveries to monitor the movement of goods.
Backup Operations:
- Back-up Bulk Deliveries and Bulk Pickups: Support the management of bulk deliveries and pickups, ensuring smooth operations during staff absences.
- Back-up Export Packing: Assist with packing export shipments to meet deadlines and regulatory requirements.
Logistical Tasks:
- Break Bulking: Facilitate the breaking down of bulk shipments into manageable units for efficient distribution.
- Open Dockets: Prepare and manage shipping dockets for outgoing shipments.
Monitoring and Coordination:
- Monitoring Staff Drivers: Oversee daily operations of the Staff Drivers to ensure efficiency and adherence to established processes.
- Assigning of Pickups: Allocate pickup tasks to B2B drivers, ensuring timely and organized collection of shipments.
