Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Operation Manager to oversee the daily operations of our F&B retail outlet, specializing in authentic Malay cuisine such as Nasi Ayam Penyet, Maggie Goreng, Mee Hong Kong, and Nasi Goreng. The Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations, maintaining high-quality food standards, and managing the overall customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations, including kitchen and front-of-house activities.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and maintain cleanliness.
- Monitor and manage inventory, stock levels, and ordering of ingredients.
- Implement and maintain food quality standards, ensuring consistency in taste and presentation.
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback to enhance customer experience.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through timely service, quality food, and a welcoming atmosphere.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer retention and sales.
- Manage the restaurant’s budget, control costs, and optimize profit margins.
- Monitor sales, track expenses, and implement cost-saving measures where possible.
- Handle cash flow, ensure proper handling of transactions, and maintain financial records.
