- Lead initiatives to accelerate client acquisition in the HNW segment
- Develop targeted strategies based on customer segments and geographic presence.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve segment-specific targets, performing root cause analysis and addressing bottlenecks.
- Define strategies to optimize lead conversion.
- Work closely with Segment, Product, and Performance teams to meet KPIs and performance standards.
- Coach and motivate frontline and support teams for optimal results.
- Implement HR strategies, manage succession plans, and retain top talent with disciplined performance management.
- Act as a role model and change leader, fostering talent across the bank.
Requirements:
- 4 to 6 years of experience in the banking wealth management sector.
- Degree in Banking and Finance.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
