Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement efficient manufacturing processes to improve productivity, quality, and safety.
- Conduct process simulations and tests to evaluate the feasibility of new methods and systems.
- Develop and manage maintenance schedules for machinery, jigs, and fixtures to ensure optimal performance.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve process issues, recommending improvements where necessary.
- Lead engineering projects from concept to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as production, quality, and maintenance to ensure seamless project execution.
- Implement Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to enhance process efficiency.
- Prepare project plans, monitor KPIs, and report progress to stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations and conduct risk assessments.
- Provide training and support to production staff on new processes and equipment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in process engineering or project management (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Proficiency in process simulation software (e.g., Aspen Plus, HYSYS).
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Experience with CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) preferred.
- PMP certification is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
