The sales officer is responsible to make outbound calls to potential customers to acquire cards/cards related products and meet their individual target assigned by the management. Main focus being, calling potential customers to cross sell banking products.
Responsibilities:
• Acquire sales via outbound calling.
• Manage follow ups closely with prospect customers.
• Handle customers pre and post enquiries with professionalism.
• Ensure that the monthly targets are met consistently.
• Ensure processes and procedures that conform to the bank’s standards and local regulations are met.
Requirements:
• Diploma holder, with relevant banking experience
• Possess min. 2 years of sales experience in Telesales, in credit cards sales / personal instalment loan
• Telesales experience
