Requirements:
- Registered as a Resident Technical Officer with BCA/IES/ACES.
- At least 6 yrs experience in A&A works (healthcare institutions.)
Responsibilities:
- RTO shall supervise the construction related works and ensure that the works are carried out in accordance with the project specifications.
- RTO shall possess adequate knowledge and experience to carry out supervision and inspection of the construction works including any off-site manufacturing as instructed by client
- RTO shall review all authority drawings for any discrepancies and missing details and to highlight findings to client.
- RTO shall ensure that contractors/ sub-contractors carry out their works in compliance with Codes of Practices, regulations and requirements of building authorities and government agencies.
- RTO shall conduct progressive inspections to ensure that works are carried out complies with quality standards and requirements.
- RTO shall monitor progress of the works on site and report delays to client immediately.
