Job Scope:
- Refine and enhance Bankside’s proprietary quantitative trading models.
- Apply mathematical and statistical techniques to address practical investment challenges and implement trading algorithms across various asset classes.
- Collaborate with the fund manager and analysts to evaluate trading strategies, market conditions, and system performance.
- Develop tools for data cleaning, processing, and analysis.
- Lead the creation of a technology-driven wealth management platform.
- Oversee trade operations.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Python, C++, or Java
- Hands-on experience with simulation, testing, and statistical modelling techniques (including multivariate regression and time series analysis)
- Strong data mining and analytical skills
- Expertise in data structures
- Familiarity with Linux systems and command-line interfaces
- Proficient in PostgreSQL or MySQL databases
- Collaborative mindset with high motivation and initiative
Education and Experience:
- Degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Information Science, or equivalent;
- Relevant professional experiences preferred;
- Bilingual in both English and Mandarin.
