Enterprise Tech Lead (Salesforce)

Purpose

As an Enterprise Domain Development Tech Lead , you will play a crucial role in leading, development, and implementation of enterprise-level solutions across the telecommunication domain. You will be responsible for driving technical strategy, overseeing end-to-end system architecture, and ensuring that the development and delivery of services align with the business goals and technological needs.


Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field with at least 10 years of experience in solution architecture, design, and implementation.

• Proven experience as a Technical Lead, Solution Architect, or similar role in telecommunications or related industry, with a strong focus on enterprise systems such as CRM, Billing, and Customer Experience platforms.

Deep expertise in Salesforce and Cloudsense platforms, including configuration, integration, and customization.

Strong knowledge of Billing and Rating systems, with experience in implementation and integration with CRM platforms.

• Experience in the telecommunications industry or related fields is preferred.

• Familiarity with Agile methodology and working in fast-paced, dynamic environments.

• Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across teams and manage stakeholder expectations.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Telecommunications industry experience working with large-scale enterprise systems, including CRM, billing, and service orchestration platforms.
  • Experience leading enterprise digital transformation initiatives within Telecommunications environments.
  • Agile project management experience, with a focus on delivering enterprise solutions in Scrum or Kanban frameworks.
  • Familiarity with telecom regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements.
