The Role
Leading our Shipmanagement and Commercial Shipping & Commodities desks—responsible for over 50% of Faststream Singapore's total revenue—you will provide high-end recruitment solutions across Asia Pacific to both existing and prospective clients.
In this role, you will offer expert guidance to your team, identify key trends, and seize business opportunities to drive growth. We are also exploring new markets and locations, making this an exciting time for personal and professional development.
The position reports directly to the Director of Asia Pacific.

Who are we looking for?
The ideal candidate will be a successful Recruitment Manager or an ambitious Team Leader ready for the next step. You should have a proven track record of leading from the front, managing and growing teams, and winning new business while delivering high-quality recruitment services. A background in Maritime is not required—we have the expertise to train you in this sector. However, you must have the confidence and tenacity to quickly learn the market and excel in client development.
