Location: West & East Singapore
Job Responsibilities:
- Understand and adhere to warehouse safety, quality, and operating processes.
- Perform 5S practices to maintain an organized and efficient warehouse environment.
- Carry out inbound and outbound warehousing activities, including cycle counts, in a timely and orderly manner.
- Conduct visual inspections on shipments and report any non-conformities or exceptions.
- Support the Supervisor in achieving all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Perform general warehousing duties such as database maintenance, stocktaking, material handling, and documentation control.
- Ensure accuracy and timely submission of all documentation.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives and strive for higher performance efficiency.
- Lift and handle goods (~15-20kg) as needed.
- Liaise with external parties when necessary.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of relevant warehouse experience preferred.
- Proficiency in PC operations, familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is a plus.
- Possessing a forklift or reach truck license is an advantage.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
