Key Responsibilities:
Client Maintenance:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing corporate clients.
- Conduct regular check-ins and assessments to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Grow and manage projects with clients to enhance service delivery and client loyalty.
Client Sourcing:
- Identify and target potential corporate clients through market research and networking.
- Develop and implement strategies to acquire new corporate clients.
- Prepare and present proposals tailored to the needs of prospective clients.
Engagement and Networking:
- Connect and engage effectively with clients, building rapport and trust.
- Attend industry events and networking functions to promote the company and establish new connections.
- Participate in client dinners at least twice a week to strengthen relationships.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with team members to align strategies and optimize client offerings.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met efficiently.
Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Prepare regular reports on client acquisition and retention metrics for management review.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in client relations, sales, or business development.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Excel and CRM software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Presentable appearance and professionalism in client interactions.
