Job Scope:
· Liaise with faculty members and other departments to support students in credit-bearing internships and professional exposure programmes
· Coordinate with divisions on allocation of internship supervisors
· Coordinate with supervisors on marks entry and submission
· Prepare periodic reports for management and government agencies
· Assisting in students' Course registration, enquiries, request approval/appeal
· Liaise with Divisions to evaluate course matching requests.
· Update outcome of mapping requests in master list.
· Process credits transfer.
· Liaise with internal stakeholders to work out streaming arrangement (specialisation capacity and system setup)
· Provide streaming updates and reports to management
· Perform allocation, manage appeals, and process changes.
· Process students’ requests to change programme
· Review applications and provide recommendations.
· Process changes and manage credits transfer for successful applications.
· Manage appeals and enquiries on prog change
Working Arrangement:
Location: Near Kent Ridge
Working Hours:
- Mondays to Thursdays (8.30am to 5.45pm)
- Fridays (8.30am to 5.15pm)
Salary: $3,200 to $3,800
Duration: 6 months - 1 year
Job Requirements:
· Prior experience in a relevant administrative role in an institution of higher learning will be advantageous
· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
· 3 years of working experience
