This is a permanent role with a large A1 Main Contractor in the Building and Construction industry in Singapore. This role is based in the client's Headquarters which is in Harbour Front.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain project schedules in consultation with the project team
- Coordinate and obtain inputs from project team, contractors and suppliers to support the development of project programs
- Prepare baseline schedule which includes resources and cost loadings
- Work on progress forecast and prepare rolling program
- Update, track and report project progress against planned schedule
- Monitor and control progress to make sure that turnover and cost is in line with master construction program
- Ensure material submission and approval
- Ensure project orders and deliveries are in accordance to agreed schedules
Job Requirements
- Degree in Building Construction Management / Civil Engineering or equivalent
- At least 5 - 10 years’ relevant experience in construction
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 is mandatory
- Familiar with earned value method
