Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in purchasing construction materials include sourcing and getting quotations.
- Coordinate with department staff for site requests.
- Issue and follow-up purchase orders and delivery orders.
- Issue of monthly invoices.
- Assist HOD in monthly accounts closing.
- Attend to Miscellaneous administration tasks.
Job Requirements:
- O-Level holder with minimum 1-year relevant experience in construction industry.
- Comfortable working in workshop environment.
- Good negotiation skills to get the best price / quality ratio.
- Good interpersonal skills, proactive and independent.
- Proficient in MS Office Application.
- Applicant with less experience will be considered as Purchase Clerk.
- Able to start work within short notice period.
Other information:
- Location: 8 Kranji Link, Singapore 728647. Will shift to 8 Tuas South Street 10 in late Oct to early Nov.
- Only shift to Tuas South, WFH option is available - 2 days WFH, 3 days WFO.
- Shuttle bus service provided: Pickup from Choa Chu Kang MRT station
