Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrator to join our team. This role encompasses administrative support, and compliance. The ideal candidate will handle, manage and support administrative functions.
Administrative Support:
Manage daily office operations including scheduling, correspondence and file management.
Support HR functions such as employee records and benefits administration.
Maintain and organize company documents and records.
Coordinate weekly meetings and handle monthly report updates.
Place purchase orders for supplies and project purchases.
Coordinate with suppliers and operations team for timely delivery of materials.
Maintain accurate records of purchases, including order tracking, invoices and supplier agreements.
Handle custom clearance and logistics for purchases from overseas suppliers to local designated address.
Compliance and Reporting:
Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.
Assist in preparing and filing necessary statutory documents.
Provide support during audits and inspections.
Other Duties:
Perform other ad hoc/related duties as assigned by management.
