Oracle EBS Developer – Warehouse Systems
Job Description:
Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Oracle EBS Developer with strong expertise in Oracle EBS and Oracle Application Express (APEX) to support custom development and system integration projects, particularly within a warehouse management system (WMS) environment. This role requires deep technical knowledge in PL/SQL and Java, with experience in designing, deploying, and optimizing Oracle-based solutions. The ideal candidate will also have the ability to work collaboratively with an established team in China and will be comfortable with extensive travel to the US, with relocation expected after the first year.
Key Responsibilities:
Development & Coding:
- Design, develop, test, and deploy customized solutions within Oracle EBS using PL/SQL, Java, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, Oracle Workflow, APEX, and BI Publisher.
- Develop and integrate Oracle Forms and Reports to ensure seamless compatibility within Oracle EBS.
- Utilize Oracle ADF, BI Publisher, and APEX for creating advanced reporting solutions and applications.
- Write efficient, reusable, and robust PL/SQL code, including packages, procedures, functions, and triggers.
Database Management:
- Create and manage Oracle DB Objects such as Tables, Views, Triggers, Procedures, Functions, and Jobs.
- Develop and optimize complex SQL queries for effective data retrieval and manipulation.
- Perform data migration, develop custom PL/SQL scripts, and ensure accurate conversion processes.
- Conduct SQL query and PL/SQL code performance tuning to enhance application efficiency.
Technical Expertise:
- Leverage technical skills to diagnose issues and perform root cause analysis for effective resolution.
- Operate within Unix/Solaris environments to support Oracle EBS applications.
Documentation & Compliance:
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including design documents and test scripts, to ensure compliance and support.

Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Oracle EBS certification is advantageous.
Experience:
- At least 3 years of experience in supporting and developing Oracle-based solutions within a warehouse environment, preferably with a focus on WMS.
- Proven ability to work independently as a sole contributor, while coordinating with a well-established team based in China.
- Willingness to travel extensively (up to 70% during the first year) to the US, with potential relocation in the second year.
