Key Responsibilities:
- Directly responsible for selling jewelry products to customers, typically working on the sales floor or with clients.o Customer Interaction: Engaging with customers to understand their needs, presenting products, and closing sales.
- Product Knowledge: Providing detailed information about jewelry, such as materials, gemstones, and design.
- Sales Targets: Actively working to meet or exceed individual sales quotas.
- Customer Service: Handling inquiries, processing transactions, and offering after-sales support.
- Promotions and Marketing: Assisting in-store promotions, events, and merchandising efforts.
- Inventory: The main person to in charge of the inventory.
- Order & Packing & Shipment: In charge of packing arrange delivery to customer.
- Misc: Model clothes laundry arrangement. Issue and follow up Work order for existing or new launch product.
Requirements:
- Minimum O level/ Diploma in relevant disciplines
- Possess at least 2-3 years in Sales and Operations Management in Retail or FMCG industry
- Keen interest in Jewelry industry
