Scope of work:
The IT Application BA shall focus on the business requirements and functional solutions aspects of the project.
The BA shall be involved in the requirement study and gathering, testing and driving a smooth deployment, adoption and support the ongoing operations of the project.
Minimum Educational Qualification.
Diploma / Degree in IT
Work Experience and technical skillset
- Candidate must have minimally 5 years of IT Application BA relevant experience i.e. understand solution engineering concepts and methods, and have produced technical application architecture design or specifications.
- Candidate must have attended related fundamental Cloud Technology (AWS, Azure, etc) trainings or certifications.
- Candidate must have worked on at least one project with practical experience in Agile Methodologies, tools and delivery.
- Candidate with experience in supporting Mobile and Cloud platforms, Micro-services & Micro-frontend technologies and DevOps with Automated Testing, Continuous Integration, Continuous Deployment experiences will be an added advantage.
- Candidate with experience in supporting databases (MSSQL, Oracle, Cosmo, Postgres etc), nodeJS, automated software testing will be an added advantage.
- Candidate with relevant experience in Vendor and Contract Management, Change Management / Service Request Management, Problem / Incident Management will be an added advantage.
- Candidate with relevant experience in supporting Government Projects will be an added advantage.
- Ability to take a broad, strategic perspective as well as drill deep to understand business needs and challenges.
- Results and customer oriented.
- Team player with strong organization and people handling skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to pitch ideas and influence stakeholders.
- Candidate with minimally 2 years of experience in supporting applications operations will be an added advantage.
- Candidate with relevant healthcare domain knowledge will be an added advantage.
