Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain strict adherence to health and hygiene regulations and standard
- Oversee the plating and presentation of food items according to established standards and recipes
- Supervise the receiving of deliveries and inspect all incoming items to ensure they meet quality standards
- Monitor food quality during the cooking process to ensure consistency and excellence
- Implement portion control measures and monitor waste to optimize efficiency
- Collaborate with management and culinary team members to design food and drinks menus
- Offer suggestions and creative ideas to enhance the kitchen's performance and elevate dining experience
- Schedule staff shifts and coordinate kitchen operations
- Provide training and mentorship to kitchen staff
- Assist menu planning and development
- Manage inventory levels and supplies
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of Catering Experience
- Has large scale catering experience
- Creative ways of creating food
