Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Oracle ERP Business Process Specialist with extensive experience in Oracle EBS applications, SQL, and PL/SQL, particularly within the financial and supply chain modules. The role focuses on optimizing and supporting business processes, providing both functional and technical expertise, and ensuring the seamless operation of Oracle EBS systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement Oracle EBS Modules: Lead end-to-end implementations of Oracle EBS modules, including Purchase Orders (PO), Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL), Payments, Intercompany, Advance Pricing, Costing, Inventory, and Order Management.
- Facilitate Business Process Workshops: Conduct workshops to document AS-IS and TO-BE business processes, create configuration scripts, and align solutions with business goals.
- Optimize Core Business Processes: Streamline key processes such as Procure to Pay (P2P), Record to Report (R2R), Plan to Manufacture (P2M), Intercompany, Consolidation, and Order to Cash (O2C).
- Configure and Develop Oracle EBS Solutions: Configure and develop Oracle EBS application objects, workflows, and reports to ensure smooth integration.
- Manage Testing Procedures: Prepare test scripts, conduct unit and system integration testing, and oversee functional testing.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with stakeholders to ensure high-quality deliverables and efficient business processes.
- Evaluate System Upgrades and Patches: Conduct patch analysis, manage associated risks, and ensure system upgrades are effectively implemented.
- Resolve Production Issues: Analyze and troubleshoot complex production issues through root cause analysis, adhering to SLAs.
- Support Financial Close Processes: Assist with month-end and year-end financial close activities, providing technical support as needed.
- Provide User Training and Support: Conduct training sessions for users and manage user acceptance testing.
- Participate in Project Meetings: Offer updates on deliverables, manage escalations, and collaborate in project discussions.
Experience and Skills Requirements:
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
- Oracle ERP Expertise: Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with Oracle ERP systems, with at least two end-to-end implementations within Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Distribution.
- Process Knowledge: Deep understanding of key business processes, such as P2P, R2R, P2M, Intercompany, Consolidation, and O2C.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle EBS architecture, including tables and views.
- Problem-Solving and Collaboration: Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work with cross-functional teams in a global environment.
- Oracle Certifications: Certifications in relevant Oracle modules are a plus.
- Adaptability and Travel Requirements: Ability to multitask under pressure and willingness to travel extensively to the US during the first year (70% of time), and relocation to US from the 2nd year onwards
