Position: Admin Support
Location: CHIJ St Nicholas Girls' School (Secondary Section), 501 Ang Mo Kio St 13, Singapore 569405
Contract Period: 1 Jan 2025 to 31 Dec 2025
Working Hours:
- Mondays to Thursdays: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM (inclusive of a 30-minute lunch break)
- Fridays: 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM (inclusive of a 30-minute lunch break)
- Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays, and gazetted public holidays
Scope of Services:
The Admin Support personnel will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Handling Calls and Enquiries:Attend to telephone calls, walk-in enquiries, deliveries, school mails, and parcels dispatch.
- Document Preparation:Prepare and verify documents, including the Staff Monthly Attendance Sheet and track daily attendance of staff.
- Data Management:Maintain and update data records and compile statistics.
- Clerical Support:Assist with filing, typing, and drafting correspondences.
- Student Support:Attend to pupils who are unwell and provide assistance as needed.
- General Support:Carry out any other duties assigned by the school.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
- Minimum Education:At least an O-Level qualification.
- Language Skills:Must be able to handle telephone enquiries from Mandarin-speaking parents and vendors.
- Experience:At least 3 years of relevant experience providing administrative support.
- Technical Skills:Proficient in MS Office.
- First Aid Knowledge:Basic first aid knowledge is required.
- Soft Skills:Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service skills.
A good team player with a high level of initiative and the ability to work independently.
