Job Descriptions:
- Support Data Protection Functional Initiatives
- Help coordinate data protection facilitation sessions between consultant and functional teams
- Data Entry to record information during facilitation sessions and meetings
- Prepare powerpoint slides for management meetings
- Compliance Monitoring and Reporting
- Monitor and ensure countries complete data protection related reports
- Prepare reports on data protection activities and compliance status
- Documentation and Record-Keeping
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, trackers of progress / status
- Assist in documenting data protection and other compliance-related activities
- Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with IT, Legal, HR, Operations, Commercial, Finance, Customer Service, etc. departments to ensure data protection requirements are met
- Support in answering questions related to Data Protection program
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Basic understanding of data protection regulations and principles preferred
- Highly organized and ability to meet deadlines
- Project management skills – ability to handle multiple projects and key stakeholders across functions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint is a must)
- Self-starter mentality who is result-oriented
- Worked in a MNC environment at a regional level before
- Preferred Qualifications
- Previous internship or work experience in data protection, compliance, or a related field.
- Knowledge of data protection
- Familiarity with OneTrust
