Job Responsibilities
Trade and Settlement Support:
- Assisting with client trade activity, liasing with settlements and clients to resolve any issues
- Assist with broker mapping, connectivity issue resolution
- Provide support to clients on trading platform issues.
Operational Support:
- Assist Operations and Finance team with reconciliaiton and system posting issues.
- Ensure timeliness and completeness with client account postings and revenue capture.
Client Support:
- Assist with client cash activity, authorisations, reporting and query resolution
- To serve as contact point for client/administrator operational queries.
BAU and Administrative Tasks
- Manage department billing and invoices and drive cost-management initiatives
- Ensure accurate and timely billing of fees and charges to client account
- Manage introducer rebate computation and payment.
Job Requirements
Languages:
- Proficiency in English (both spoken and written)
- Secondary language will be beneficial but not required
Skills:
- Bachelor Degree holder
- 2-3 years of relevant experience
- Operational Expertise: Demonstrate considerable understanding of key operational functions such as Settlements, Reconciliation, Trade Support and Corporate Actions.
- Product knowledge on asset classes such as Equities, CFDs, Fixed Income.
- Accounting/Finance knowledge and background will be useful.
