Position: Receptionist cum Admin Assistant
Location: Tanjong Katong Primary School, 10 Seraya Road, Singapore 437259
Contract Period: 02 Jan 2025 to 31 Dec 2025 (or adjusted according to actual start date)
Working Hours:
- Mondays to Fridays: 6:30 AM to 3:45 PM (inclusive of a 45-minute lunch break)
- Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays, and gazetted public holidays
Scope of Services:
The Receptionist cum Admin Assistant will be responsible for the following:
- Customer Service:Assist with customer service at the counter, attending to queries and requests.
Answer telephone calls and direct them to the appropriate parties when necessary.
Provide simple first aid assistance to students when required.
- Generic Email Management:Clear and manage generic emails, ensuring that all inquiries are addressed or redirected as needed.
- Data Entry (Microsoft Word/Excel):Assist in data entry tasks using Microsoft Word or Excel.
- Clerical Duties:Support any other clerical duties as assigned by the school.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
- Nationality & Gender:Female Singaporean.
- Minimum Education:At least GCE 'N' or 'O' Level qualification.
- Skills:Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Microsoft Word and Excel).
A good team player with a high level of initiative.
- Experience:At least 1 year of relevant experience in a school reception role between 2021 to 2024.
- Availability:Able to commence work on 02 Jan 2025.
