Job Responsibilities
Client Onboarding:
- Managing the process of onboarding new clients and to act as the main point of contact for clients during the transition process, addressing any concerns and issues.
- Assist with gathering required documentation for onboarding, conducting customer due diligence and facilitating account setup process
- Coordinate with internal departments to address client needs, resolve issues and ensure timely onboarding.
Client Support:
- Provide post onboarding support to clients, including routing inquries, administrative tasks and document management.
- Ensuring current and up-to-date client account documentation, as well as adherence to ongoing KYC/AML monitoring and internal policies.
Internal:
- Collaborate with other teams on business development initiatives and client onboarding processes.
- Assist in regulatory reporting, compliance monitoring, and risk management activities.
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports for internal stakeholders
- Coordinate and work with internal stakeholders such as Operations, Legal, Compliance and Risk on any adhoc tasks and projects.
Job Requirements
Languages:
- Proficiency in English (both spoken and written)
- Secondary language will be beneficial but not required
Skills:
- Bachelor Degree holder
- 4-5 years of relevant experience in KYC/QDD and client onboarding
- Experience with HNWI, Intermediary & Financial Institutions, Hedge Funds, Asset Managers and Family Offices client types.
- Product knowledge on asset classes such as Equities, CFDs, Fixed Income.
- Familiarity with AML/CFT, CRS, FATCA preferred.
- Strong, influential communicator who is articulate and concise.
- Ability to establish and build trust at all levels with external/internal clients and stakeholders.
