Responsibilities
- Strategic Communication:
- Develop and implement comprehensive strategic communication plans to increase organizational visibility and stakeholder engagement.
- Create and manage various communication materials, including press releases, social media content, and website updates.
- Event Management:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute a variety of events, including corporate events, townhalls, public education roadshows, and campaigns.
- Manage event logistics, budgets, timelines, and RSVPs.
- Procure service partners and vendors and develop administrative programs for staff and VIPs.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful event outcomes.
- Develop event-related materials, such as publicity posters, registration forms, and signage.
- Track key performance indicators and prepare reports on project and event outcomes.
- Advocate Management:
- Recruit, train, and manage a network of 300 Advocates to support various organizational initiatives and events.
- Corporate Gifts:
- Budget, plan, procure, and manage hospital corporate gifts for community and corporate events.
- Administrative Support:
- Provide administrative support for media publicity, such as preparing news roundups.
Requirements
- Degree in relevant field
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in communications.
- Demonstrated expertise in social media management, campaign development, and crisis communications.
- Proven ability to provide editorial and branding advice, and oversee content creation.
