This role is responsible to overseeing the Case Management and Afterlife Memorial Service and for our elderly members.
Responsibilities
Afterlife Memorial Service
- Possess a good understanding of the Charity's programmes and services.
- Handle the collection, cremation and burial of the deceased with the help of the external Funeral Director.
- Create, maintain, and update accurate cases files and database of the Afterlife Memorial Service (AMS) members.
- Handle AMS Hotline and follow up with cases reported from the Hotline.
- Gather and prepare supporting documents for government agencies submissions.
- Prepare monthly reports pretaining to AMS cases.
- Require to be on standby for case activation on weekends and night.
- Adhoc assistance in the Charity's events.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Social Work or related disciplines.
- At lease 2 years of relevant experience.
- Mature, independent and compassion in eldercare.
- Good understanding of Social Service and VWO settings.
- Proficientcy in relevant software applications for documentation and reporting.
- Must possess own vehicle. Transport allowance will be provided.
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
