Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our interior design team. This individual will play a crucial role in managing client relationships, ensuring the seamless execution of projects from conception through to completion. The successful candidate will be a key liaison between SCDA and its clients, stakeholders, and international collaborators, driving the vision of our interior design projects in alignment with our strategic goals. This role demands a proactive approach to project management, a keen eye for the latest industry trends, and a commitment to excellence in service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing outstanding service to ensure all projects meet their expectations in terms of quality, timeline, and budget.
- Strategic Collaboration: Act as a bridge between the interior design team and other departments within SCDA, ensuring our projects reflect the company's strategic vision. Work in harmony with stakeholders to align project goals and deliverables.
- International Teamwork: Engage with and coordinate between international teams, including architects and landscape designers, to ensure a cohesive and unified approach to global project visions.
- Contract and Compliance Oversight: Oversee all aspects of project contracts, including requirements and deliverables, ensuring meticulous attention to detail and adherence to legal and financial obligations.
- Project Monitoring: Keep a close eye on project schedules and budgets, proactively managing timelines and financial constraints to ensure timely completion and delivery of projects.
- Innovation and Growth: Stay ahead of industry trends and leverage cutting-edge practices and technologies. Use your expertise to drive innovation within the team and contribute to the growth and success of the organization.
