Responsibilities
- Address day-to-day customer needs and business inquiries promptly.
- Maintain detailed records of all orders and issues.
- Provide comprehensive customer service, including handling claims, resolving problems, and assisting with technical and commercial queries.
- Manage the entire order lifecycle, from stock control and pricing to delivery follow-up and invoicing.
- Coordinate customer transportation from various locations (Korea, Antwerp, or Houston).
- Oversee payment and credit control.
- Manage office operations.
- Undertake additional duties and projects as assigned by the manager.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in order processing functions
- Degree in relevant field
