Job Description
1. Responsible to achieve Group Sales Budget.
2. Responsible for new customers development and / or expansion of assigned products' sales.
3. Customer account management for assigned customers and / or assigned products.
4. Responsible to understand markets' information in order to meet mid and long term plans.
5. Support and meet the department objectives and business goals.
6. Lead and manage sales members towards achieving group sales budget.
7. Develop a competent team with diverse talents range to drive and create value for Infrastructure industry for South-East, Oceania and India.
Job Requirements
• To meet sales budget, sales efficiency and Profit On Ads Spend (POAS) KPIs.
• To ensure operations efficiency.
• Customer Relationship Management (CRM) maintenance of key customers accounts.
• To participate in marketing activities for Advanced Electronics and Chemical Solutions related.
• To manage the sales operations team.
• Human capital development and planning.
