Job Overview
We are seeking a Senior Architect with 5-10 years of experience to join our team in Singapore. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of assisting in the management of large-scale international projects across various sectors, including residential, hospitality, commercial towers, and resorts. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-profile projects and collaborate with a diverse team of designers and architects.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the management of international architectural projects from concept to completion.
- Collaborate with internal teams, consultants, and external stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
- Lead project coordination efforts, including managing timelines, budgets, and resources to meet project goals.
- Provide input on design development, ensuring creative and technical excellence.
- Oversee and contribute to the preparation of drawings, specifications, and construction documentation.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Communicate design concepts and project updates to clients, both through presentations and written reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
- Min 10 years of experience in architectural design and project management, ideally with exposure to international projects.
- Strong proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and other industry-standard tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey design ideas clearly to clients and team members.
- Experience in managing timelines, budgets, and multidisciplinary teams.
- A passion for design innovation and problem-solving, with a keen eye for detail.
