Position: Temporary Assistant (Business Process)
Location: Alexandra Technopark
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Fully in-office)
Salary: Up to $3,200
Contract: 6 months

Job Summary:

This role supports the Regional Manager in projects aimed at streamlining processes and improving efficiencies within Parts & Service operations. The main focus will be documenting current processes, identifying improvements, developing new processes, and working with teams to implement these changes. The role also involves facilitating briefing/training sessions and providing administrative support as required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Document current processes in a clear and structured manner
  • Review and develop new streamlined processes to enhance efficiency
  • Train teams on new processes and ensure smooth implementation
  • Focus on reducing waste and improving operational efficiencies
  • Provide project management and administrative support
  • Ensure the completion of tasks within the given timelines
