Job Description
- Perform full recruitment cycle from advertising, screening, interviewing, and recommendations to successful placements.
- Source candidates using a variety of search methods such as advertising, social media, networking, and EA services to build a robust candidate pipeline.
- Liaise with multiple overseas agencies for a seamless recruitment cycle.
- Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing online screening.
- Coordinate interviews and skill test arrangements between clients and candidates
- Coordinate and negotiate in salary offer on behalf of clients and candidates
- Assist Admin with the onboarding process.
- Perform post-recruitment follow up with clients and candidates
- Work together with group company to fullfill recruitment
- Any other ad-hoc duties applied
Requirements
- At least 1 years of recruitment experience
- CEI certificate or Knowledge of EA regulation will be advantageous
- Recruitment experience in Aviation/Technical/Mechanical role will be advantageous
- Able to work independently and is a strong team player
