• Lead the development and implementation of enterprise-wide design strategies, process ensuring alignment with business goals and long-term technology vision.
• Drive the overall technical vision for projects, ensuring that solutions align with business needs and meet performance, scalability, and security standards.
• Oversee the development and implementation of cloud-native architectures for enterprise domain solutions, focusing on scalability, reliability, and automation.
• Design and architect scalable, reliable, configurations, integrations, customizations and efficient solutions across multiple domains, including CRM, Billing, and Rating systems, with a focus on Salesforce and Cloudsense platforms.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, prioritize, and translate requirements into detailed technical designs, action plans and roadmaps.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring adherence to architectural standards, best practices, and technical governance.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field with at least 10 years of experience in solution architecture, design, and implementation.
• Proven experience as a Technical Lead, Solution Architect, or similar role in telecommunications or related industry, with a strong focus on enterprise systems such as CRM, Billing, and Customer Experience platforms.
• Deep expertise in Salesforce and Cloudsense platforms, including configuration, integration, and customization.
• Strong knowledge of Billing and Rating systems, with experience in implementation and integration with CRM platforms.
• Experience in the telecommunications industry or related fields is preferred.
• Familiarity with Agile methodology and working in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
• Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
