This role involves providing comprehensive administrative support, including managing communications, processing invoices, and handling data entry tasks. The ideal candidate will assist with general office operations, financial matters, and offer ad-hoc support to ensure smooth daily functioning of the organisation.
Job Responsibilities:
- Acknowledge and process opt-out email requests.
- Enter data into the opt-out system.
- Respond to CDACFund emails.
- Handle refund requests.
- Send out statements of account for overdue invoices.
- Check courier slips, scan, and organize documents.
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and cheques.
- Allocate Singtel bills for payment.
- Monitor utilities and photocopier invoices for CDAC HQ and 13 Centres.
- Assist with general administrative tasks, including board and banking matters, and ordering office supplies.
- 3 day work week
Job Requirements:
- Good command of spoken & written English
- Familiar with basic Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel function
- Meticulous, with good attention to detail to ensure accuracy in work done
- Pleasant personality and a Team Player
- Comfortable with travelling to Bank for Banking matters
- Available to start immediately or within a short notice period.
