Job Summary: Business Development for Lithium Battery Separator
The Business Development role focuses on driving growth and expanding market presence for our lithium battery separator products. This position involves identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and fostering relationships with key stakeholders in the battery and energy sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough research on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs within the lithium battery sector.
- Identify emerging markets and potential customers for lithium battery separators.
- Develop and maintain relationships with manufacturers, suppliers, and industry influencers.
- Collaborate with R&D and engineering teams to align product offerings with market demands.
- Create and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
- Participate in trade shows, conferences, and industry events to promote products and network.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Candidates with marketing experience in Lithium Battery industry will have an advantage.
- Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the battery or materials industry.
- Strong understanding of lithium battery technologies and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in communication, both oral and written (English/Chinese)
