· Ticketing Tools- Familiar ITSM and ServiceNow(MS)
· Inventory Tools—Familiar in Flexera and StockRoom(MS-SNOW)
· End User support in Manufacturing site and Research and Development Lab.
· PC Refresh- To refresh the Laptop and Desktop in Manufacturing and R&D lab.
· Windows Migration from 10 to 11.
· Familiar in- Windows, MAC, Intune company Portal, ITSM, Service Now, IOS and Android Phone, Stock Room, O365 and Flexera Inventory Tool.
