Citi’s Banking franchise is organized around three lines of business: Investment Banking, Corporate Banking and Commercial Banking. The unified Banking and International organization oversees the local delivery of the full firm to clients in each of the 95 markets where Citi has an on-the-ground presence.

Citi Commercial Bank (CCB) is a solutions-led business for the demands of mid-sized and emerging corporates. Role details per below:


Responsibilities:

  • Drive cash management products and services as well as liabilities base initiatives.
  • Responsible in managing a portfolio of globally operating clients and grow overall wallet share.
  • Lead in strategically designing client solutions that will help continuously grow a client’s global wallet share by leveraging the vast range of product services.
  • Individual will work closely with partners across the globe and functions to manage client initiatives
  • Responsible for actively calling on clients in partnership with RMs to deepen relationships, proactively owning, responding to and anticipating future needs, challenges or risks, in addition to identifying and pursuing new clients aligned with CITI’s value proposition.
  • Serves as strategic advisor to RM and Client
  • Shares knowledge with other sales consultants and junior staff
  • Executes on strategic initiatives.
  • Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and Citi's policies / guidelines at all time
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5-10 years commercial banking experience
  • Undergraduate business degree
  • Proven track record of supporting the growth of client relationships.

Education:

  • Bachelors degree, potentially Masters degree
