Job Scope:
- Supervise day-to-day operations, including overseeing check-ins/check-outs and accommodation arrangements.
- Coordinate facility services such as cleaning, maintenance, pest control, and waste management.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with dormitory regulations and policies.
- Perform security patrols and address security-related matters.
- Respond to emergencies and prepare detailed incident or occurrence reports.
- Maintain records, including those for the Sick Bay and Lost & Found items.
- Promote and implement health and safety practices within the dormitory.
- Monitor service levels and review partnerships with service providers/vendors.
- Liaise with contractors on maintenance issues and oversee the completion of related works.
Requirements:
- Possession of any dormitory-related certifications is advantageous.
- CERT (Company Emergency Response Team) certification is a plus.
- 2-3 years of experience in facilities management or a similar field.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and knowledgeable about Singapore's dormitory regulations.
