Responsibilities:
- Oversee the diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of mechanical and quartz watches, including complicated timepieces.
- Perform advanced repairs, restorations, and modifications on luxury and vintage watches while preserving their integrity and value.
- Conduct comprehensive quality control checks to ensure all repairs meet the highest standards.
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement best practices for watch servicing and repair processes.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, including service history and customer interactions.
- Stay abreast of industry advancements, trends, and new technologies in watchmaking and repair.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing expert advice and exceptional service.
Qualifications:
- Extensive knowledge of watch mechanisms, including automatic, manual, and quartz movements.
- Minimum 3 years in previous watch handling capacity
- Passion for watch-making
- Proficient in advanced watchmaking tools and technology.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and commitment to quality.
- HOSEP certification will be advantageous
