Responsibilities:
- Provide executive support to Board Members and Senior Management
- Provide administrative support and manage calendar for Board members and Senior Management
- Handle travel arrangements (air ticket booking/ visa application/ accommodation reservation/ arranging schedule) and manage all expense claims
- Plan team meetings, corporate events, and other organizational activities
- Coordinate internal and external logistics for high-level meetings
Requirements:
- Diploma with minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
- Mature, meticulous and process high level of discretion and integrity
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information securely.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Excellent priority management and organizational skills
