Responsibilities
· Collaborate with engineers, architects etc. to determine the specifications of the project
· Managed sub-contractors/product installer’s daily activity at project site accordingly to the agreed installation program with the main-contractor.
· Coordinate with the factory manager on the product manufacturing schedule and delivery to site.
· Obtain permits and licenses from appropriate authorities
· Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations
· Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met
· Hire contractors and other staff and allocate responsibilities
· Supervise the work of labourers, mechanics etc. and give them guidance when needed
· Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports
· Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues

· Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Familiar with interpreting construction drawings and able to prepare installation program for main contractors.
· Must have WSH Co-ordinator Certificate.
Work Experience
· Five years of project management experience in the construction industry, in dealing with build façade works preferred.
· Years of construction management experience managing budgets and schedules
· Experience leading a construction crew
· Proven risk management experience in construction projects
