RESPONSIBLITIES
Take over project from Design/Marketing
1. Project Planning
- Obtain endorsement for scope of works
- Plan and prepare schedule for project implementation
2. Project Costing
- Call for quotation, scrutiny and recommendation of award to sub-contractors
- Prepare project costing and overview of profitability of project and cost
- Manage cost by constantly updating Variation Orders
3. Project Implementation
- Manage, coordinate and supervise all Builders' and M&E works
- Ensure all workers on site have valid workers' passes
- Conduct weekly site meetings with client and all sub-contractors
4. Commissioning and Handover
- Carry out testing and commissioning of Builder, LAN and M&E works
- Conduct handover inspection with client
- Complete defect rectification works and obtainendorsement by client
- Collate and compile As-BuiltDrawings
- Collate and submit Fire Safety Certificate to client and landlord
5. Collection of Payment
- Update claims and submit Variation Orders claims for client's endorsement.
- Invoice and collection of progress payment
6. Closing of Accounts
- Closing of project accounts
- Invoice and collection of final payment
QULIFICATIONS
- Diploma /Degree in Project Management /Engineering /Design /QS
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience in similar role preferably in interior design/construction industry
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Resourceful & meticulous
- Positive mindset with "can do attitude"
- Analytical and well organized
