Job Description


Procurement & Receving

  • Issue Purchase Order for all Food and Beverage items / Non-food / Services
  • Follow up on daily delivery PO, ensure all delivery fulfilled on daily basis
  • Liaise with vendor ,chef and user department on delivery and daily operations issues
  • Carry out receiving duties(as & when needed)
  • Check all incoming items in accordance to the PO stated quality, specifications, price & weight(Receiving)
  • Adhoc tasks assigned as & when needed

Procurement Role:

  • Sourcing and negotiate with supplier for best price
  • Issue Purchase Order for all Food and Beverage items / Non-food / Services
  • Ensure Purchase Requisition (PR) is accurate, follow up on the approval process and PO closure
  • Follow up on daily delivery PO, ensure all delivery fulfilled on daily basis
  • Vendor and item creations
  • Liaise with vendor ,chef and user department on delivery and daily operations issues
  • Arranging urgent order when there is a last-minute event or increase in reservations
  • Provide alternative and arrange for no stock items
  • Carry out receiving duties(as & when needed)

Receiving Role:

  • Daily receiving of food & non-food items
  • Ensure all purchases are covered with proper PO before receiving of the items
  • Check all incoming items in accordance to the PO stated quality, specifications, price & weight
  • Prompt reporting of any discrepancies or irregularities during receiving to purchasing
  • Ensure all proper acknowledgement of signatory upon collection of goods.
  • Ensure all items are to be delivered to outlets in accordance to The Club’s standard
  • Assist in follow up for outstanding delivery
  • Daily input & verifying of invoices & prices upon posting of documentation in the system
  • Report breakages or damaged goods and expired items to Head of Department
  • Manage daily operations and handling of all stores (Beverage, Food, Tobacco and General store) independently
  • Responsible for proper storage and issuance of all inventories
  • To raise purchase requisition for stock replenishment. Ensure that the store has sufficient stock to support all outlets
  • Issue stocks according to approved requisitions. Perform data entry & documentation verification
  • To perform monthly physical inventory count and keying of the monthly inventory list

Requirements

  • O Level and above
  • Willing to learn attitude
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Possess a positive and professional attitude
  • Bilingual
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Immediate start work will be an advantage
  • 5 days work week (8.30am to 6pm)
  • Meal provided
