Be part of a Client Advisory team supporting the Japan market. To provide administrative support to the Relationship Managers (RMs) in the following areas:-
•Client account administration and client servicing
•Liaison with internal departments regarding administrative matters concerning execution and settlement of trades, delivery of securities, corporate action, payment and receipt of funds, renewal and repayment of loans.
•Liaison with other financial institutions and service providers regarding account opening request and other clients’ administrative matters.
•Ensure daily transactional processes are in order
•To assist RMs in making sure there are no outstanding items relating to client administration matters
Job Requirements:
•Min 5-8 years relevant experience in a Bank (preferably within Private Banking)
•Certified IBF CACS Paper 1 and Paper 2 or NEC
•Proficient in Japanese language, both verbal and written
•Proven excellent administrative and execution track records
•Good interpersonal and communication skills
