Requirements
This role will be a member of the ERP implementation project team to work with the implementation partner, business users and IT to gather requirements, analyze, design and implement technology best practice. This role will also ensure the smooth running of critical business processes after project implementation
Responsibilities:
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress, and manage escalations.
- Provide consistent project updates to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress.
- Design and develop solutions for critical business processes in ERP Manufacturing Suite and Business Intelligence analytical reports.
- Lead user requirements gathering and analysis. Drive user discussions and conduct workshops to facilitate information gathering.
- Perform feasibility studies to identify areas for automation. Document application architectural design, AS-IS and TO-BE business processes, functions, technical design, application setup, configuration, test scenarios, system testing, issue logging, root cause analysis and resolution, and provide deliverable updates to management.
- Translate user requirements into user specifications (functional & technical).
- Develop test plans and scripts.
- Conduct testing on developed functionalities to ensure compliance with user specifications and internal quality assurance requirements.
- Lead user training and user acceptance testing. Provide periodic project progress reports to the reporting manager.
- Handle issue resolution in accordance with SLA.
Understand and comply with company policy and procedure, ITGC (Governance Control), and SOX requirements. - Analyze business process issues and inefficiencies, and provide sound business solutions based on ERP (Oracle) standard capability and functionality.
Qualification:
- Minimum 7 years in high-tech manufacturing, with at least one full implementation cycle in Oracle Fusion (Finance).
- 2-3 years of hands-on project management and related experience.
- Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle and proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline.
- Experience with Scrum agile methodology.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle FUSION (functionality, architecture, RICE objects, etc.).
- Prior migration experience with Oracle FUSION is a plus.
- Technical competency and experience in setups.
- Integration experience with Oracle FUSION.
- Strong expertise in software development lifecycles.
- Experience in Oracle Bill of Materials, Work in Process, Inventory, Production Planning, Demand Planning, Material Requirement Planning, Cost Management, Engineering, and Quality modules. Experience in SCM (PO, INV, OM), Distribution & Service Suite; Oracle Reports, Forms, XML, Workflow, OAF, APEX, etc.; Data Extraction and Migration.
