Customer Service Assistant
We are seeking for an organized and self-driven team player who is passionate about making a difference by joining us as a Customer Service Assistant in our warehouse.
As a team member, the individual will report to the Operations Manager to assist in smooth daily operations activities including administrative supports to office, customer service and operations; coordination on daily delivery schedules and handle customer enquiries.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operations of customer service, warehouse and delivery team
- Collate and process sales orders, prepare sales quotations, process and follow-up on local orders
- Handle customer enquiries by phone calls and emails
- Coordinate with warehouse and delivery team on daily local delivery schedules
- Assist in inventory management, logistics support and coordination
- Establish and maintain orderly filing and documentation system
- Maintenance of office inventory and equipment
- Any other duties as assigned by the Company
Requirements:
- At least GCE ‘O’ Level and above
- Minimum 2 year(s) of relevant administrative experience
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Able to read and write in Mandarin will be an advantage as our customers are majority Chinese
- Process with good initiative, meticulous and can-do working attitude
- Able to work independently with least minimum supervision
