Part time admin needed.
Working hours:
Rotating shift 10am to 4pm, 3pm to 9pm (1 hour lunch time)
Work from home Tuesdays to Fridays (may need to run errands sometimes)
Work in office (east area) for once a week
Job Responsilibites:
- Email clients on audit schedules, arrange traveling logistics such as hotel booking, transport booking, flight booking, apply travel VISA.
- Draft quotation, contracts, invoices
- Verify project claims
- Arrange courier, office/equpiment/pantry supplies.
- Schedule interviews, apply work permits, orientation, attendance taking, update corporate website & basic housekeeping.
- Assist in personal errands of GM
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Diploma of any disclipline
- Fast learner, able to work in moderate to fast-paced environment
- Strong multi-tasking competency and able to meet deadlines
- Detail-oriented with high ability in organising your tasks
- You must be able to communicate well verbally and in written form to our Taiwanese speaking clients
- Proficent in Microsoft word, excel, powerpoint
