Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct market research to identify potential sales prospects and lead sourcing initiatives.
2. Foster strong relationships with existing clients through effective account management.
3. Develop and present customized proposals and quotations for sports, fitness and teambuilding programs.
4. Offer expert program recommendations tailored to various client sites.
5. Represent the company at roadshows, seminars, and exhibitions (might including weekends) to promote services.
6. Collaborate with the Operations Department to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
Key Objectives:
• Generate new business leads and opportunities
• Maintain a high level of client satisfaction and retention
• Meet or exceed sales targets (Upon meeting the sale targets, incentives will be given quarterly)
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments
Requirements:
